摘要
目的观察心脑静颗粒对血流动力学及心肌缺血的影响。方法麻醉犬十二指肠给药,用压力换能器经四道生理记录仪进行血压描记,采用冠状窦插管法用电磁流量计测量冠状窦的血流量,同时用玻璃注射器分别抽取股动脉血和冠状窦血在全自动血气分析仪进行血氧含量的测定,并进行冠脉阻力、心肌氧摄取率和心肌耗氧量的计算;麻醉犬十二指肠给药,结扎冠状动脉前降支,通过心外膜电图观察心肌缺血程度(∑-ST)和缺血范围(N-ST);通过左心室插管观察左心室内压(LVP)和最大上升速率(±dp/dt)的变化。结果心脑静2g/kg、4g/kg对麻醉家犬的血压无明显影响,对冠脉血流量有明显的增加,明显降低冠脉阻力和动、静脉氧之差,明显增加心肌耗氧量,降低心肌氧摄取率;对心肌缺血程度(∑-ST)和缺血范围(N-ST)均有明显的改善。结论心脑静对麻醉家犬的血流动力学及心肌缺血有一定的改善作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Xinnaojing Granules (XNG) on hemodynamics and myocardial ischemia in dogs. Methods: After the operation under anesthesia, dogs received XNG through duodenum. Blood pressure was recorded by a pressure tranducer via a fourway physiological recorder. Blood flow was measured by a magnetic flowmeter through using coronary sinus catheter. At the same time, blood samples were drawn from femoral artery and coronary sinus by a glass syringe, the content of blood oxygen was measured by a full-automatic blood gas analyzer, and then the coronary artery resistance, myocardial oxygen extraction, and myocardial oxygen consumption were calculated. After the operation under anesthesia, dogs received the drug through duodenum. The anterior descending branch of coronary artery was ligated. The degree ( ∑ -ST) and extent (N-ST) of myocardial ischemia were investigated via epicardium electrograph, and left ventricle pressure (LVP) and maximum ascent rate ( ±dp/dt) were also investigated through left ventricle catheter. Results: XNG in the doses of 2g/kg and 4g/kg had no obvious effects on blood pressure in anesthetic dogs. However, XSIG significantly increased coronary artery blood flow and myocardial oxygen consumption, decreased coronary artery resistance, arteriovenous oxygen difference, and myocardial oxygen extraction, and improve the degree (∑-ST) and extent (N-ST) of myocardial ischemia. Conclusions: Xinnaojing Granules may certainly improve the hemodynamics and myocardial ischemia of anesthetic dogs.
