摘要
目的:观察淋巴结移植后结构及功能恢复情况。方法:实验选用SD大白鼠,采用游离种植、带血管蒂和吻合血管的淋巴结移植三种方式。通过墨汁染色、美蓝染色、组织学观察及ECT扫描等指标观察。结果:游离种植淋巴结术后坏死纤维化,而带血管蒂和吻合血管淋巴结移植术后4周存活并保持正常结构,恢复局部淋巴引流功能。结论:吻合血管的淋巴结移植能够存活并见有功能。这一结果对带血管淋巴结移植治疗淋巴水肿提供理论意义。
Objective:To observe the restoration of structure and function of autotrans-plantated lymph nodes.Methods:Inguinal lymph nodes in the SD rats were autotransplanted by implan-tation,or with an intact vascular pedicle,or by free transplantation using microvascular anastomosis tothe popliteal fossa where lymph nodes were removed.The observation indexes included ECT scanning,staining of China ink and methylthionine chloride to observe the histological changes.Results:After fourweeks,these vascuiarized nodes had normal histological appearance and spontanously reestablished af-ferent and efferent lymphatic reconnection with surrounding lymphatic vessels. ECT lymphoscintigraphywith Tc-DX have shown that vascularized lymph nodes had restored their normal function. Conclusion:This study demonstrates that vascularized lymph nodes transplantion mav be an useful method fordraining extremity lymph edema.
