摘要
肝干细胞用于肝病治疗的研究日益增多,尤其是骨髓分离骨髓源性肝干细胞。文章就骨髓源性肝干细胞的分离、培养、纯化、诱导分化、检测及肝内移植的可能机制和应用前景进行综述。
More and more reports about the application of liver stem cells in hepatic diseases appeared, especially about bone marrow-derived liver stem cells isolated from bone marrow. The article covers isolation, culture, differentiation, tests, possible mechanisms of engraftment in the liver and application prospect of bone marrow-derived liver stem cells.
