摘要
目的比较研究乌元散加减方散剂常规细粉(100目)和超微粉末的药效区别。方法采用无水乙醇型小鼠胃溃疡模型,以溃疡指数为指标,比较常规细粉(100目)和超微粉末不同浓度的小鼠药效学结果。结果超微粉末的药效优于常规细粉(100目),低剂量组超微粉末的药效和常规细粉(100目)相当。结论超微粉碎后有助于提高乌元散加减方散剂高药效及节约药物用量。
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacodynamics of the Complex Prescription of Wuyuan Power （100sieve） and after superfine comminution. METHODS Applying Mouse GU model made by ethanol with the index of Mouse GU exponential,Comparing the results of common powder （100sieve） and the different dosage of the superfine eomminution powder. RESULTS The result of the superfine comminutionis better than the common powder （lOOsieve） ,and the lower dose has the same effect of the common powder. CONCLUSION It can improve the pharmacodynamic action as well as save the usage amount after superfine comminution.
