摘要
饭店企业库存管理的特殊性使其不能照搬工业企业的库存管理模式,它应该根据外部供应链所提供的基础条件实行优化变革,建立一个适合饭店库存管理需要的动态运作体系,并采取相应的措施来进行保障。
Hotel＇ s inventory management has special characters, which make it can not copy the inventory model of industrial enterprise. Hotel should exercise optimization transformation according to the basic condition provided by external supply chain, construct a dynamical operation system fit for hotel＇s inventory management and take appropriate measures to ensure that.
