摘要
随着产品服务化的兴起,物流外包的不断增长,与产品供应链相比,服务供应链一直未受到重视。但是随着服务业在我国国民经济中的重要性日益凸现,服务供应链的研究正在逐步成为供应链研究的新趋势。基于这样的一个背景,通过服务供应链基础理论的研究,分析了服务供应链的优越性,构建了以服务为基准,以服务供应商、服务集成商和最终客户为主体,柔性合同嵌入其中的服务供应链模型,从而可以保证服务和信息得以顺畅流通。
Along with the rise of service in products, the growth of logistics outsourcing, compared with the product supply chain, service supply chain hasn＇t yet to be taken seriously. But along with the importance of service industry has been highlighting in China＇s national economy, the study of service supply chain is becoming the new tendency. By studying the basis theory of service supply chain, this paper analyses the advantages of service supply chain, and then constructs the model of service supply chain to ensure services and information flow smoothly, which is to serve as benchmark, to service providing, service integrators and end customers as the main, and embedded the flexible contract.
