葡萄风信子种球繁殖与花期调控 被引量:9

摘要 对葡萄风信子的田间试验研究表明,由不同等级的种球长成的植株,生长表现出一定的规律性,即种球越大出苗越早、越整齐,单株叶面积更大,花葶更多,花与植株更具观赏性。通过对种球繁殖系数和产量增长百分率的计算,明确了不同等级种球的繁殖情况。在5℃下,将种球分别冷藏7周、8周、9周、10周、11周,结果表明种球冷藏对葡萄风信子开花有促成作用,冷藏时间越长,开花越早。研究可对葡萄风信子种球生产与商品花节日上市提供技术指导。 The study of field trial of M. armenicum Leiehtlin showed that the growth of the plants which grew up by different bulb grades represented a certain regulation, the bigger the bulbs were, the earlier the plantlets came out of the soil, and the larger leaf area and the more scapes they had. And the bigger the bulbs were, the better the blossoms are. By the results of reproduction coefficients and rate of yield increase, we can know the circumstantialities of propagating different grade bulbs. Chilling the bulbs at 5℃ for 7 weeks, 8 weeks, 9 weeks, 10 weeks, 11 weeks showed that had good effects on promoting efflorescence, the longer the bulbs treated, the earlier the bulbs blossomed. The study is benefit to bulb production and flower supply.
