摘要
以虎耳兰幼嫩叶片为外植体,接种于添加不同激素浓度配比的培养基上,筛选出适宜的不定芽诱导培养基、不定芽增殖培养基和不定根诱导培养基。不定芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1;不定芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1+0.2%活性炭(AC);不定根诱导培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2mg·L-1+0.2%AC。试管苗先移入基质(4/7泥炭+2/7珍珠岩+1/7蛭石)中炼苗一周后,再移栽入基质(1/3泥炭+2/3沙壤土)中,成活率可达到100%。
Choosing young leaves of Haemanthus albiflos as explants and inocu l ating them on inducing mediums, the suitable medium for adventitious shoot is MS +6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA0.1 mg·L-1 with 95%inducing rate, the propagation me dium is MS+6-BA2.0 mg·L-1 +NAA0.1 mg·L-1 +0.2%active carbon and the gro wing roots medium is 1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg·L-1 +0.2%active carbon. Individual roo ted plantlets were planted out into trays of a 4:2:1 mixture of potting turves: perlite: vermiculite for 1 week after they were potted in a 1:2 mixture of potti ng turves : soil, which give a 100%survival rate.
