摘要
“服务价值链”理念的创新和企业竞争战略的确立、贯彻是提高民族保险业竞争力的有效手段,而业绩评价体系是贯彻落实企业竞争战略的有效手段和措施。所以应运步建立以提高“服务利润链”能力为核心的经营战略实施体系;以“服务利润链”要素为核心建立平衡计分卡;充分利用平衡计分卡,建立能力循环机制,持续改进“服务利润链“能力,逐步建立起一套能与企业发展战略紧密结合、有助于企业可持续发展的业绩评价指标体系。
The innovation of the concept of "Service Profit Chain" and the establishment and implementation of an enterprise's competition strategy is an effective way to enhance competitiveness of the national insurance industry. The performance appraisal system is an effective way and method to carry out the competition strategy of an enterprise. Therefore we should take steps to set up an implementation system for the operational strategy whose fundamental goal is to improve the "service profit chain", and establish a balanced scorecard system with the "service profit chain" as its core. This scorecard system, if used to its full benefit, can help us to establish a capability cycle mechanism, consistently improve "service profit chain", and set up gradually a whole set of performance appraisal system closely correlated to the enterprise's development strategy and conducive to its sustainable growth.
