摘要
介绍了在用二甲基二环氧乙烷(DMD)处理竹纤维过程中,为了获得较好的漂白效果,如何对工艺条件进行最优选择试验方案。通过选取pH值、丙酮用量、过硫酸氢钾用量、温度和时间等影响因素,用正交试验设计的方法对其分析;然后对试验数据做方差分析和多元回归分析,得到了较理想的工艺参数。
This paper mainly introduces how to select the best conditions in order to get the better bleaching effectiveness on bamboo fiber by means of dimethyldioxirane, According to the influence of different factors such as PH, amount of acelone, amount of Oxone, temperature and time etc on dilignification , we analysis the result by orthogonal experimental design method, and then deal with the data by variance analysis and multiple-factor regression analysis,
