异丙酚用于小儿唇腭裂手术麻醉

摘要 观察异丙酚,芬太尼和维库溴胺诱导及术中麻醉维持的效果。用异丙酚诱导能产生满意的插管条件,并能明显抑制气管插管的心血管反应。与>3周小儿相比,<3周小儿的异丙酚麻醉诱导和维持用量均明显增高,清醒时间延长。
