摘要
为解决油田常规抽油机运动不平稳,能耗大,根据降低悬点载荷及曲柄轴转矩,设计了双天轮直平式抽油机,分析了其运动和动力性能,优化了主要结构尺寸.计算结果表明,该机型与CYJ10-3-53HB抽油机相比,转矩峰值下降37.40%,可消除负转矩,节电率达到39.00%.
The conventional pumping-unit runs unevenly and with high energy consumption.In this paper,we has designed a new double wheel and direct balance pumping-unit,whose main structure is optimized.We have analyzed its running performance and power performance.Analysis shows that the moment maximum are reduced by 37.40% in comparison with the CYJ10-3-53HB pumping-unit.with the negative moment being removed,the effect of power saving is obvious.
