摘要
根据摆杆式游梁抽油机几何关系和运动特点,建立了运动学模型;提出了摆杆式游梁抽油机运动参数的求解方法,得出了运动规律曲线和动力特性曲线。实例计算结果表明,摆杆式抽油机运动、动力性能均优于偏置型游梁式抽油机,与之相比,最大净转矩峰值下降了26.97%,最小净转矩大于0,周期载荷因数更接近于1。
Based on the geometrical relationship and the kinematic characteristics, the paper presents a mathematical calculation model of kinematic parameters for the swing-rod pumping unit by analyzing its geometry relationship and kinematic characteristics. Kinematic parameters of different types of pumping units, including the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the polished rod and the torque factor can be calculated easily and accurately by using this method.
