摘要
从市场经济快速变化的社会转型时期出发,分析思考当前城市规划存在的信息技术不相适应、规划频繁调整、编制方法缺陷、技术规范不相适应、缺少地方特色等问题与困惑,提出规划改革与创新的基本思路。
Based on the social transformation period of rapid changing of market-economy, it focuses on the current problems and puzzles of urban planning, such as imcompatibility of information technology, frequent adjustment of planning, limitation of working methods, inadaptation of technologic criteria, and absence of local character, it explores the way of planning reform and innovation.
