摘要
Objective To valuate the double-deck complex patch repair in patients with incision hernia of abdominal wall.Method To analysis retrospectively 11 cases with incision hernia of abdominal wall repaired with double-deck complex patch and made a summary to its operation methods as well as complications.Result Operating time were from 45 to90minutes,all cases recovered,none recurrenced.One case suffered liquefaction of adipose tissue,but no infection and trauma of intestine developed.Conclusion Application of double-deck complex patch to repair incisional hernia is feasible and effective.
