摘要
目的探讨腹壁切口疝的病因及应用补片无张力修补腹壁切口疝。方法回顾性分析应用人工合成材料无张力修补腹壁切口疝的手术治疗情况。结果 24例均治愈,随访6个月至1年无复发。结论应用人工合成材料补片无张力修补治疗腹壁切口疝是一种安全、有效、可靠的治疗方法。
Objetive To investigate etiological factor of incisional hernia on abdominal wall and application of patches to tension-free hernioplasty in incisional hernia on abdominal wall.Methods Retrospective analysis of applying artificial synthetic material to make a tension-free hernioplasty in incisional hernia on abdominal wall.Results 24 cases were cured and no recurrence happened in follow up from 6 months to 12 months.Conclusions Applying artificial synthetic material patches to treat incisional hernia on abdominal wall with tension-free hernioplasty is a safe,effective,and reliable therapy.
