摘要
目的了解高中生心理健康状况和团体心理辅导实验效果,以制定适合中国学生的心理健康普查量表。方法采用自编的高中生心理健康测查表(MHRS-HS),对全国10所普通高中和职业高中的2016名在校学生的心理健康状况进行调查,并在4所高中学校对935名高中生进行短程团体辅导实验研究。结果MHRS-HS具有可以接受的信度和效度;高中生心理健康状态不佳,在性别、年级、重点高中和职业高中、地区等变量上差异有统计学意义;经过2个月的团体辅导实验,高中生在学习动力、人际沟通、自我意识、生活调适4个方面都有显著改善(P值均<0.05)。结论目前高中生的心理健康状态不佳。团体心理辅导对高中生心理健康有促进作用。
Objective To assess the mental health status and impact of group counseling among senior high sehool students, and to design a scale of mental health appropriating for Chinese students. Methods A total of 2 016 students from 10 high schools in China were investigated by using self-deslgned Mental Health Rating Scale for High School (MHRS-HS), and a short-term group counseling was conducted among 935 students from 4 high schools.Results MHRS-HS had an acceptable degree of reliability and validity. The high school students were in poor mental health, and statistical signifieances were found in genders, grades, areas, key and vooational high schools. Mter two months of group counseling experiment, the students' learning motivation, socialization, and life-modification were significantly improved. Conclusion High school students' mental health, is poor, and group counseling can promote their mental health.
