摘要 目的观察精神分裂症患者急性期事件相关电位P300亚成分的变异及其恢复期的变化。方法应用美国NicoletBravo大脑电生理仪,检测17例精神分裂症患者及18例健康对照的P300亚成分,并观察精神分裂症患者用药治疗4周后P300的变化。结果与正常对照相比在四个记录区(C3、C4、Cz、Pz),靶波幅P3a、P3b均显著下降,P3a、P3b潜伏期在四个记录区均未见明显差异。患者用药治疗4周后尽管临床症状明显改善,但与用药前比较P300波幅、潜伏期均无显著差异。结论精神分裂症患者存在P300亚成分各脑区的广泛变异。波幅降低不是抗精神病药物的影响,在发病初期就已存在,可能是一稳定的素质标记。 Objective To investigate the variation of event-related potentials P300 subcomponents of schizophrenic patients in episodic and remitted state. Methods P300 subcomponents was recorded with an USA Nicolet Brovo instrument from17 schizophrenic patients before and after 4 weeks under risperidonc. Results P300 subcomponents amplitude was significantly decreased in episodic patients at four electrode(C3, C4, Cz, Pz), compared with normal control. No there were significant differences for P300 subcomponents latency. For the whole sample subcomponent amplitudes did not change following 4 weeks despite clinical improvement. Conclusion It suggests that the variation of P300 subcomponent amplitude is trait marker of schizophrenia.
