摘要
利用有限差分的方法对磁极开槽情况下磁力研磨加工区域中的磁场分布进行了数值分析,提出了一种等磁位线的计算绘制算法,得到了加工区域磁场分布的等磁位线图。结果表明,在磁极表面开槽,可以有效地改变加工区域磁场的分布,将均匀磁场改变成非均匀磁场,增加磁场梯度,从而提高加工效率。
Numerical analysis was made on magnetic field distribution in working area of magnetic abrasive finishing by the finite difference method,and a kind of arithmetic to calculate the isodynamic was put forward. The results show that grooves on magnetic pole surface can change the magnetic field distribution effectively and enhance the grade of magnetic field ,so the higher finishing efficiency can be obtained.
