摘要
综述电解加工与磁力研磨加工技术的基本原理、研究现状以及发展方向,重点介绍电解加工和磁力研磨加工的复合加工技术——电解磁力研磨加工技术的原理及研究现状与进展,详细阐述了数控技术在电解加工、磁力研磨加工和电解磁力研磨加工技术中的应用,并对其前景进行展望,提出今后的重点研究方向。
This article summaries the basic principle, research status and developmental directio. of electrochemical machining (ECM) and magnetic abrasive finishing(MAF). The basic principle,research status and advances of electrolytic-magnetic abrasive machining (EMAM) are emphatitally introduced, which is a combination processing technique of ECM and MAF. The applications of the NC technique on the ECM, MAF and EMAM are described in detail. The article prospects the forecasting and puts forward the next key research direction.
