摘要
目的 探讨槲皮素改善脂氧素(LXs)抑制移植心脏收缩力的影响。方法 通过术前27~32d腹腔注射弓形虫速殖子稀释液1ml感染的方法建立慢性感染大鼠模型,进行同种异体颈部心脏移植,并设注射生理盐水的对照组和空白移植对照组。术后腹腔注射槲皮素稀释液(0.5mmol/L)1ml,观察移植心脏的存活时间、移植物的病理变化以及移植心脏心功能的动态变化。结果 弓形虫慢性感染组与联合应用槲皮素组存活时间分别为(120.7±27.6)d、(108.6±21.6)d。移植心存活时间差异无统计学意义。慢性感染联合槲皮素组移植术后心功能明显高于单纯慢性感染组,射血分数分别为62.4±12.5、22.4±10.5。联合用药组的病理改变也明显轻于其他组。结论 槲皮素改善脂氧素抑制移植心脏收缩力,并且不影响移植物存活时间,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To explore the effect s of quercetin to improve the heart allografts function in rats. Methods Through the intraperitoneal injection, the rat recipients were infected with Toxoplasma Gondiitachyzoites chronically before cervical heterotopic heart ransplantations were made. Sodium group served as controls. After the operation, the recipients were subjected to intraperitoneal injection of quercetin. The rats were divided into 4 groups: A, B, C, D. The survival time, pathology of heart grafts and heart allografts function were observed. Results In chronic infection (group B) and quercetin (group D) groups, the survival time (120.7± 27.6 days and 108.6± 21.6 days respectively) was significantly longer and infiltration of inflammatory cells less than in the control groups. In quercetin group, the heart allografts function (EF = 62.4 ± 12.5) was better than lipoxin group ( EF = 22.4 ±10.5 ). Conclusion Quercetin can improve the heart allogrfts function without shortening the survival time of heart allografts.
