摘要
共轭亚油酸作为一种新型功能性脂肪酸,具有许多重要的生理功能,包括抗癌、抗动脉粥样硬化、改善免疫功能、营养再分配作用等。简要介绍了共轭亚油酸的结构、来源及分布,重点综述了共轭亚油酸在畜禽中的应用研究进展。
Conjucated linoleic acid is a kind of new functional fatty acid and has many significant physiological functions including anticancer, anti-artery conjee corrhosis, improve immunity function, nutrition redistribution and so on. In the paper the structure, origin and distribution of Conjucated linoleic acid were introduced and the research ＆ evolvement of its application in domestic anh＇nals was reported.
