微波辐射下Al_2(SO_4)_3·XH_2O催化合成α-萘乙酸甲酯 被引量:2

摘要 以固体Al2(SO4)3·XH2O为催化剂,在微波辐射下,以α-萘乙酸和甲醇为原料合成了α-萘乙酸甲酯。考察了催化剂的用量、微波功率、微波辐射时间、醇酸比对酯产率的影响。试验结果表明,最佳试验条件为:催化剂用量6%,微波功率600W,微波辐射时间28min,醇酸比12∶1,酯产率72.45%。 Methyl α-naphthylacetate was synthesized by esterification of α-naphthylacetic acid with methyl alcohol using AI2(SO4)3 · XH2O as a catalyst under microwave irradiation. Effects of catalyst use rate, microwave power, microwave irradiation time, and molar ratio of alcohol to acid were studied. Optimum reaction conditions were as follows: 6% catalyst, microwave power at 600 W, microwave irradiation time of 28 min, and a 12:1 molar ratio of alcohol to acid. The yield of ester was 72.5%.
