摘要
为了将微囊包膜技术应用于垂体移植,作者将胎垂体细胞用2.2%海藻酸钠进行包裹。经6天培养后,微囊移植于兔腹腔内。每周从兔腹腔中取出微囊,在显微镜下观察其形态。结果显示:在移植后12周的观察期内,微囊结构完整,囊内细胞活性良好。提示本微囊垂体细胞在移植后可存活12周以上。
In order to use the microencapsulation technique for pituitary transplantation, the authors encapsulated fetal pituitary cells with 2.2% sodium alginate and grafted the capsules to rabbits intraperitoneally after 6 days of culture. Then the capsules posttransplantation were taken out and observed under microscope once a week for 12 weeks. The capsules were seen well in size and the encapsulated cells were vialbe.
