摘要
采用海藻酸钠-多聚赖氨酸将大鼠垂体微包囊化后移植给去垂体的同种大鼠腹腔中,术后大鼠体重在第四周明显增加,但以后不再增加,血清垂体激素在第二周时明显高于移植空包囊之对照组,但第四周时开始下降。在第二周解剖时大鼠腹腔内的微包囊完整,第四周开始破碎,第八周时已被吸收。说明,我们制备的微包膜具有免疫隔离效用,微囊垂体腹腔内移植可重建激素分泌功能,但其寿命仅四周左右。
Abstract Rat pituitary microencapsulated with sodium alginate,Poly-L-Lysine was implanted into the peritoneal cavity(PC)of the hypophysectomized WKY homo-rat.without immuno-suppression postoperation. The results:The rat body weight increased within 4 weeeks postgrafting,but did not growth after then. The serum pituitary hormone levels were higher than that of empty capsule implanted rat (P<0.01),but gradually declined after 4 weeks.By autopsy,the intact capsules were found in rat PC at 2 weeks postimplantation,some capsules were broken after 4 weeks and no capsules were found up to 8 weeks.This experiment suggest that:the microencapsulated pituitary implanted into PC could also restor its hormone secreting function even so it noly survive about 4 weeks.
