摘要
本试验采用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)抑制氮蓝四唑(NBT)在荧光下的还原作用,测定了经过研磨、溶涨、发酵破壁处理后的蜂花粉中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。试验结果表明:发酵破壁与溶涨破壁处理后SOD活性明显高于研磨破壁,差异极显著;发酵破壁后的SOD活性显著高于溶涨破壁。
Superoxide dismutase activity of wall-breaking pollen proces^d by grinding, melting and fermenting respectively were measured by detecting the reduction inhibiting effect of Nitro-Blue Tetrazolium (NBT). The result showed that the SOD activity of fermenting processed pollen was significant higher than melting processed, while the SOD activity of melting processed pollen was significant higher than the grinding processed pollen.
