摘要
目的评价高压氧治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法100例行高压氧治疗的高血压性脑出血患者为治疗组,同期未行高压氧治疗的高血压性脑出血患者为对照组,对比其显效率。结果治疗组总显效率为61%,对照组显效率为42%(χ2=4·86,P<0·05)。结论高压氧治疗可提高高血压性脑出血患者的神经功能恢复。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients treated with HBO were taken as treatment group, and other 50 patients without HBO as control group. Their effectual rate were compared. Results The total effectual rate of treatment group was 61 % ,and that of control group was 42% （X^2 = 4.86, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion HP, O can improve the recovery of nervous disorder after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
