摘要 目的探讨黄蘑多糖不同组分对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法用D-半乳糖(D-gal)诱导致衰老模型小鼠,以碱溶性黄蘑多糖(多糖Fb-2b),水溶性黄蘑多糖(多糖Fw-2b)灌胃,6w后分别检测SOD活力和MDA含量变化。结果多糖Fb-2b能够明显提高D-gal致衰老小鼠血清、肝中SOD活力,脑中此作用不明显。同时,多糖Fb-2b能够明显降低D-gal致衰老小鼠血清、脑、肝中MDA含量,而多糖Fw-2b以上作用不明显。结论黄蘑多糖Fb-2b有明显抗衰老作用,不同组分的多糖抗衰老作用有显著差异。 Objective To investigate the effect of different component of mushroom polysaccharides (MP) on serum, brain, liver in aged rats induced by D-galactose. Methods Aged rats induced by D-gal were lavaged using Fb-2b, Fw-2b to detect the change of SOD activity and MDA 6 weeks later. Results Fb-2b enhanced SOD activity in serum, liver in aged rats, and reduced content of MDA in serum, brain and liver in aged rats, while Fw-2b showed little function in this experiment. Conclusions Fb-2b in MP has significant effect on anticaducity, and different components of MP have significant differences.
