摘要
目的:观察清营Ⅰ号含药血清对培养的HUVEC细胞增殖的影响。方法:应用血清药理学方法和MTT法,分FBS(胎牛血清)组、RS(正常家兔血清)组、RDS(丹参血清)组和RQS(清营I号血清)组,每组分5%、10%和15%3种浓度进行比较研究。结果:(1)RS组、RDS组和RQS组不同浓度细胞损伤无影响。(2)RQS能够影响HUVEC代谢MTT。(3)同种浓度RQS组OD值明显高于FBS、RS、RDS各组;10%、15%浓度组明显高于5%的OD值。而10%、15%RQS浓度组与FBS、RS3种浓度组比较,均呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:清营Ⅰ号药物血清可明显增强VEC分裂、增殖,且增殖程度与浓度有关。
Objective To observe the effects of QingYing No. Ⅰ herb medicine serum(QS) on proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial ceils Methods The study was executed using serum pharmacological method and methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)test by FBS group, RDS group, RQS group and then including serum of three concentration (5%, 10% and15% ). Results ① Serum of different concentration in RS group, RDS group and RQS group showed no injury to HUVEC. ②RQS was able to affect the metabolism of MTT of HUVEC. ③Reproduction rate of RQS groups were higher than the control groups of FBS , RS and RDS in same concentration, and different concentration of RQS groups appeared in dose-dependent manner. Serum of 10% and 15% concentration were significantly higher than the control groups of FBS and RS in three concentration (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The QS can effectively stimulate preliferation of VEC dosage depentently.
