摘要
公务员培训作为人力资源开发的重要一环,对提高公务员素质,提升公务员能力,有着重要意义。本文通过分析我国公务员培训的现状,对我国公务员培训制度的成就与不足进行了总结和阐释,并借鉴国外公务员培训制度的先进经验,提出相应的整治措施,最后在法律保障、资金保障、激励和评估等一系列机制保障方面进行了理论探索和创新。
The civil servant training as an important link of human resource development, has important meaning to improve civil servants' quality, and to promote civil servant' s ability. Through analyzing current civil servant training situation of our country, this essay summarizes and explains the achievement and insufficiency of civil servant training system of our country. It also consults the advanced experience of civil servant training system of foreign countries, and puts forward the corresponding management measures. It takes theoretical study and innovation on a series of mechanisms on law ensuring, fund guarantee, encouragement and assessment, etc.
