摘要
基于web的用户调查方式愈发普及,文章结合美国西部肯塔基大学进行LibQual+调查的情况,对传统的信息用户调查方式和基于web的信息用户调查方式的特点进行了比较分析,并指出了未来信息用户调查方法的趋势走向。
On the basis of the popularization of method of information user survey, comparative analysis of traditional method of information user survey and characteristics of information user survey on the basis of web are carried out by combining with LibQual＋ survey status of western Kentucky University of USA. Furthermore, the trend of future method of future information user survey is indicated.
