摘要
采用电铸技术制备了不同PSZ微粒含量的Ni-PSZ复合镀层,并用纯Ni镀层做比较,考察PSZ微粒在复合镀层中的热稳定性,研究了PSZ微粒含量对镀层氧化行为的影响。结果表明,PSZ微粒的加入降低了镀层的氧化速率。复合镀层的抗氧化能力不是随着PSZ微粒含量单调增大,PSZ微粒弥散在基体Ni中,达到一定含量,在氧化温度下发生聚团,使镀层抗氧化能力下降,直到PSZ微粒含量较高时,才能更有效的抑制氧化。
The electroforming Ni PSZ composite coatings had been prepared by sediment electrocodeposition technique and the effects of PSZ content on the oxidation resistances of the coatings were studied by investigating the thermal stability of PSZ dispersed in the coatings. The results showed that the oxidation rates of the composite coatings were effectively reduced by adding PSZ particles; PSZ particles could agglomerate at 750℃ and the oxidation resistances of the coatings may be deteriorated when PSZ were up to some content; but continuous PSZ particles could more effective to restrain the oxidation rates of the composite coatings.
