摘要
对于缺乏人才的我国西部地区,一个值得分析的重要问题就是智力外流问题。对西部地区的智力外流现象运用数学模型进行分析,试图归纳出智力外流现象的成因、对西部地区发展的利弊,在此基础上提出阻止智力外流的措施。
It is important to analyze the brain drain in the west of China. Based on the analysis of the phenomenon of the brain drain in the west of China, we try to find out the reasons, the profit and threat of brain drain and draw a conclusion on how to prevent the brain drain in west of China.
