摘要
非政府组织是美国等西方国家推行自己价值观,进行军事干预和政权更迭的有力武器。改革开放以后,我国同外部世界的政治和经济联系不断加强,越来越多的外国和国际的非政府组织进入中国,或者设立代表处,或者寻找合作伙伴,或者发展组织成员。外国政府通过资助国内非政府组织及对境外非政府组织进行渗透和控制,收集情报,为其政治、经济、军事利益服务。
The non-government organization is the trenchancy weapon for the United States and western nations to promote their values, and carry on military intervention and regime change. Contacts between China and foreign countries in politics and economies have enhanced since China＇ s reform and opening to the outside world in 1978. Now, more and more foreign countries and non-government organizations are entering China, establishing deputy offices, looking for cooperation colleagues, expanding memberships. The foreign NGOS collect intelligence of polities, economy and military by subsidizing the domestic non-government organizations and permeating and controlling exterior non-governments for their countries.
