摘要
近几年,中国大陆地区连续发生数起暴力恐怖事件,而每一起暴力事件背后都有境外组织的身影。在中国大陆地区活动的境外非政府组织绝大部分是合法的,所进行的活动大多也是促进经济发展和改善平民生活的。但仍有部分境外非政府组织的行为是不合规范甚至是违法的。对于境外非政府组织的登记和管理,还有许多亟待解决的问题。
in recent years,several violent and terrorist events occurred inside China and in each of the attacks,few overseas NGOs have been involved. Most of overseas NGOs in China are dressed in legitimacy and engaged in accelerating economic development and improving people's life in China. While,there are still few overseas NGOs behaved inappropriately or even illegally in China. The government has a lot of problems to be resolved urgently related to overseas NGOs' registration and management.
