摘要 采用LiChrospher 100 RP-18e色谱柱(250×4.0mm i.d.,5μm),冰乙酸:水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280nm,直接进样,同时分离了C、EgC、EgCg、EC和EcG 5种黄烷-3-醇单体,并对蓝莓酒中黄烷-3-醇单体含量进行了测定。 A simultaneous detection method of 5 monomeric flavan-3-ols in blueberry by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was introduced in this paper. Chromatographic separation was performed with 5-μm LiChrospher 100 RP-18e (250× 4.0 mm i.d., Merck) by using the mobile phase gradient elution of glacial acetic acid solutionat 30℃, flow rate at 1.0 ml/min, detection wavelength at 280 nm and direct injection of wine sample. Five flavan-ols: C, EgC, EgCg, EC, EcG were separated successfully and the content of monomeric flavon-3-ols in blueberry wine were determined.
