摘要
运用法律手段解决体育纠纷是人类体育活动走向法治化的标志。当今国际,体育仲裁因其所具有专业性、自律性等特点正逐步成为解决体育争端最为有效和便捷的方法。美国作为世界职业体育运动最发达的国家之一,经过多年的实践和积累,建立了相当完善和健全的体育仲裁制度。本文从行政法、国际法的视角出发对美国体育仲裁制度进行深入研究分析,总结特性,为我国体育仲裁制度的建立和完善提出可供借鉴与启示之处。
Utilizing the legal ways to solve the sports issue is a sign where sports activity will become more rational. The Sport＇ s Arbitration has become the most effective way to settle the sports dispute because of its automaticity in nowadays. As one of the most developed countries for the professional sports, America has built a set of perfeet Sport＇s Arbitration system. Based on the international law and administrative law, the author analyze the Arbitration system in America. Through summarizing, the author provide some advice to improve the development of Sport＇s Arbitration System in China,
