摘要
本文介绍了复合基质碱卤色心晶体KCl-KBr(OH-):心的制备,并着重分析了KCI-KBr(OH-):心的吸收光谱。研究表明,该晶体心的吸收光谱峰位将随基质组分的变化而移动,并满足Mollwo-Ivey关系。
The preparation and absorption spectra of the(F)H color centers in the complex base alkali- halide crystal KCI- KBr(OH-)are presented in this paper.It is found that the absorption spectra of (F)H color centers are various with the composition,and have an agreement with the Mollwo-lvey relationship between the absorption band maximum and the lattice constant.
