摘要
研究了引上法生长铒钇铝石榴石晶体的生长工艺。得到铒离子浓度为30~100at%,尺寸为φ(23~25)×(100~120)mm 的优质晶体。从铒离子浓度为50at%的 EYAG 晶体小获得2.938μm 的激光输出。
Yttrium-erbium-aluminum garnet crystals up to 23-25mm indiamiter by 100-120mm long with different concentrations of erbium(30-100at%)have been successfully grown from melt by Czochralski technique in ourlaboratory.Laser performance of wavelength 2.938 μm has been achieved insuch crystals with erbium concentration of 50at%.
