摘要
西部大开发的关键在人才,人才的基础在教育。教育工作千头万绪,关键是要抓好教师队伍建设,要抓好教师队伍建设就要做好教师的培训工作。本文分析了西部农村地区师资培训的主要困难,并提出对策。
The key of western development is talents and the basis of talents is education. Educational work should focus on the quality of teachers and the training programs for teachers should be attached great importance to. This paper analyzes the main difficulties in teachers＇ training in western areas and puts forward corresponding measures.
