摘要
1988年重新配制非抗性亲本阿夫×台湾小麦正反交组合,严格鉴定杂交后代的抗赤霉病性,进行多代混合选择和单株选择,经7a试验,育成24个抗赤霉病性相当于苏麦3号或较之更强的小麦新品系,验证了60年代江苏省苏州地区农科所通过该组合育成抗赤霉病性超亲品种苏麦3号及其姐妹系的育种过程,并对小麦赤霉病超亲抗性的选择效应。
An Italian cultivar Afu and Taiwan wheat, both of them were sensitive to scab, were used to make reciprocal crosses in 1988. Filial generations were strictly identified for scab resitance, and both bulk selection and single selection were carried out in several generations. As a results of 7 years experiments, 24 strains with scab resistance similar to or stronger than sumai 3 were developed. The results verified the development of Sumai 3 and its sister strains, those performed transgressive resistance to scab and were bred by Suzhou Prefectural Institute of Agricultural Sciences in 1960s.Selection effects on transgressive resistance to scab, Correlation between scab resistance and agronomic traits, and genetice differences in reciprocal crosses were studied as well.
