硅钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺催化合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛 被引量:4

摘要 以自制硅钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺H4SiW6Mo6O40/PAn为多相催化剂,以苯甲醛和1,2 -丙二醇为原料合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,较系统地研究了原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明,适宜反应条件为:苯甲醛与1,2-丙二醇的摩尔比为1: 1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.25%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间45 min。上述条件下,苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率为85.6%。 A new environmental friendly catalyst, H4SiW6Mo6040/PAn was prepared. Benzaldehyde 1,2 - propanedid acetal ( Ⅰ ) was synthesized from benzaldehyde ( Ⅱ) and 1,2 - propanediol ( Ⅲ ) in the presence of H4SiW6Mo6O40/PAn (Ⅳ). The Factors influencing the product yield were discussed and the best reaction conditions were found. Experimental resuh showed that Ⅳ was an excellent catalyst for synthesis of the product. When the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2 - propanediol was 1.0: 1.5 ,the dosage of H4SiW6Mo6O40/PAn was 0.25% (based on the total mass of reactants) ,and reaction time 45 min,the yield of I could reach 85.6%.
