摘要
分析了电信产品市场的特点,并在此基础上分析了华为公司采用动态联盟策略必要性,以及这种策略的优点与缺陷。最后,探讨了华为公司在采用动态联盟策略时,如何利用联盟成员的资源、优势,保持和发展自身的核心竞争力。
As the largest communication equipment supplier, the Huawei technology has achieved many great successes in world market in the past five years. At the beginning of this paper, Huawei internalization track was briefly reviewed. Then, the analysis of communication equipment industry was presented. On the basis of the analysis, the necessity, content and characteristics of dynamic alliances applied by Huawei were discussed. At last, some suggestions were put forward.
