Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopic Studies On Human Myelocytic Leukemia Xenografted In Nude Mice

摘要 应用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对人体粒细胞白血病(HL-60)裸鼠异种移植模型癌变及癌旁正常组织粉末样品进行了分析研究。结果表明癌变与癌旁正常组织的红外光谱有明显的区别,这反映了组织中蛋白质,核酸和脂类等生物分子在裸鼠癌变和正常组织中的构型与构像以及相对含量上的差别。傅里叶变换红外光谱法可以用于对HL-60细胞进行鉴别诊断,可成为肿瘤红外光谱研究的一种新方法。 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was applied to the study of normal and malignant tissues of human myelocytic leukemia (HL-60) xenografted in nude mice.Experiment results showed that there are obvious differents between the normal and malignant tissues.The content ,structure and conformation of proteins,nucleic acids and lipids in malignant tissues have changed. This indicates the FTIR could be used to the clinical diagnoses of HL- 60 xenografted in nude mice,suggesting that the nude mice tumor models could be a new method for the FTIR spectroscopic studies of tumor.
