摘要
超声检测技术是用于检测物体表面、亚表面、内部区域及内部投影,产生高分辨率特征图像的检测技术。由于它能获得反映决定检测物体机械性能参数的声学图像而被广泛地应用于无损检测领域。超声检测技术在无损检测领域占有非常重要的地位。激光的出现并且应用于超声检测技术中,给超声检测技术带来了巨大的变化。对激光在超声检测技术中的两个应用方面,即激光超声技术和激光扫描声学显微镜做了详细的阐述。
As one of the detection techniques, ultrasonic detection technique which has been used to examine the surface, the subsurface and the internal imaging of the specimens can obtain high resolution characteristic imaging. Owing to performing acoustics imaging which maybe reflect the object machine capability parameter, it has been widely applied in nondestructive measure field. Ultrasonic detection technique plays a very important status in nondestructive measure field .The appearance and application of the laser, has brought enormous changes to ultrasonic detection technique. Two applications of laser, in the ultrasonic detection technique, laser ultrasonic technology and scanning laser acoustic microscope, are explored in detail.
