摘要
Because of different cultural backgrounds,the translation of Sino-Vietnamese on Chinese nouns and terms shall apply the methods and skills not just the same as translating foreign nouns and terms. Foreign nouns and terms with which we come into contact are translated from foreign language. The translation of Sino-Vietnamese on foreign nouns and terms is actually a re-translation process,but the translation of Sino-Vietnamese on Chinese nouns and terms is a direct one,due to close cultural relationship between China and Vietnam,so we shall apply different translation methods and skills,and obey the rules of "Name follows its principal″ and ″accepted through convention". This article tries to discuss the translation methods and skills in this respect.
