摘要
主要介绍了DCS及PLC系统在阿城钢铁公司中型轧钢厂蓄热式加热炉中的应用情况,简述了自动控制系统的硬件构成和特点,对蓄热式加热炉的换向过程、炉膛压力和炉膛温度等自动控制过程进行了说明。经过一年多的实际运行,证明控制系统稳定可靠,为蓄热式加热炉稳定运行提供了保障。
The application of PLC and DCS system are introduced in the regeneration reheating furnace of the medium section plant of Acheng Iron and Steel Co. Ltd,the construction and characteristic of the system are described, the automatic control process of the changeover process,furnace chamber pressure and furnace chamber temperature etc are explained for the regeneration reheating furnace.the system is operated for a year and more, and it is shown that the control system are steady and reliable, that provides guarantee for the steady operation of the regeneration reheating furnace.
