目的T-2毒素是最常见的食物中毒毒素之一,它可致严重的中毒症状,如呕吐、腹泻、造血组织损伤等。为探讨重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对食物中毒致模型动物白细胞(WBC)减少症的有效性,对以T-2毒素中毒致WBC减少症的模型进行了研究。方法以猫为受试动物,设rhG-CSF30μg/kg、150μg/kg给药组(s.c.,×7次)和模型对照组,各组T-2毒素隔日给药1次,至WBC减少至30%为止。测定给药后动物体重、主要脏器系数、血常规等。结果rhG-CSF给药后可明显减轻中毒症状和改善造血机能。结论rhG-CSF对食物中毒致WBC减少症有效。
Objective T-2 toxin, one of the most common toxins in food, can lead to serious poisoning symptoms such as vomit, diarrhea and trauma of hematopoietic tissue. Leucopenia model induced by T-2 toxin has been built to find out whether rhG-CSF is effective to leucopenia induced by food poisoning. Methods Cats were selected as animal subject. Three groups were designed: rhG-CSF 30 μg/kg group, 150 μg/kg group(s.c., 7 times) and control group. T-2 toxin was given every 48 hours until the number of white blood cell reduced to 30%. Weight, index of main tissue, normal blood test and so on were done after dosage. Results rhG-CSF could relieve poisoning symptoms and improve hematopoietic functions. Conclusion rhG-CSF is effective to treat leucopenia induced by food poisoning. Application of rhG-CSF in time is advocated.
