摘要
目的 :观察自拟升血 1号汤联合西药治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞 ( WBC)减少症的临床疗效。方法 :将 46例化疗后 WBC减少症患者随机分为两组。治疗组 2 6例给予自拟升血 1号汤联合利血生、鲨肝醇、升白胺治疗 ;对照组 2 0例只给予利血生、鲨肝醇、升白胺治疗。均 7天为一疗程。治疗组 WBC均数由治疗前的 ( 2 .87± 0 .6 1)× 10 9/L 增为治疗后的 ( 3.82± 0 .5 8)× 10 9/L,有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,对照组WBC均数由治疗前的 ( 2 .91± 0 .6 0 )× 10 9/L增为治疗后的 ( 3.2 6± 0 .49)× 10 9/L ,治疗组明显优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :升血 1号汤加味联合西药是治疗化疗后
WT5”,6BZ]Object: To observe the effect of self made blood tonic No.1 in leukopenia of post chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods: 46 cases of luekopenia of post chemotherapy have been divided into two groups: A test group (26 cases) treated by self mode blood tonic No.1, leucogen and batyl alcohol for 7 days, and a control group (20 cases) treated by leucogen and batyl alcohol for 7 days also. Results: The mean of WBC in the test group was increased from (2.87±0.61)×10 9/L to (3.82±0.58)×10 9/L and that in the control group, from (2.91±0.60)×10 9/L to (3.26±0.49)×10 9/L. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Self made blood tonic No.1 mixtured with western drugs is an effective therapy in treating leukopenia of post chemotherapy.
