摘要
“普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案”自制定并实施以来,对高校教学管理工作产生了很大影响:提供了高等学校办学的依据、促使了高校教学管理的规范化、增加了教学经费的投入、加强了学校的凝聚力。但从评估过程来看,还存在着评估指标过于单一、人为因素太多等问题。评估方案的多元化可以较好地解决这些问题。
Since "The scheme for the undergraduate assessment of higher-educational school" was drafted and implemented, it has great influence on the higher-educational schools, such as, providing some principles to run the higher-Educational schools, promoting the standardization of the administration of higher-Educational schools, increasing the teaching funds, raising the cohesion of school. But according to the process of assessment, the norms of assessment are too simplistic and artificial. The diversity of the scheme for the .undergraduate assessment can solve these problems better.
